Ageing is a totally natural process. The modern preventive and aesthetic medicine tell us how to slow it down. There are at least several ways to do it and one novelty among them. What do I mean?
The skin ages very quickly. Usually first wrinkles and pigmentation spots indicate the loss of elasticity. You cannot stop the process totally but there are a few effective methods for camouflaging the age.
Avoiding the things that speed up skin ageing is the most important: smoking, poor diet, alcohol, coffee and UV radiation.
Aesthetic dermatology, cosmetology and plastic surgery try to solve problems of many women. Today, we can undergo various treatments e.g. bio-stimulation or bio-restructuring (triggering repair through damage).
Redermalization belongs to the first group of procedures that aims at revitalising the skin and stimulating the natural renewal. The method has its premiere in 2009 but it has started being appreciated all over the world only recently.
What are the effects?
Redermalization has been devised in the Swiss institute when tests on hyaluronic acid and sodium succinate were carried out. The combination of these substances turned out to have an excellent impact on the cellular structure, regulates skin processes and strongly repairs. It improves the skin blood flow and enhances the synthesis of collagen and elastin. Redermalization supports skin hydration, smoothes fine lines, upgrades the skin texture and gives the effect of slight lifting.
Indications for the redermalization:
- the appearance of first skin ageing signs,
- skin discolouration and blemishes e.g. post-acne,
- intensified changes due to passing time,
- wrinkles of different intensity (also mimic).
What does the procedure consist of?
Redermalization uses Xela Rederm products to repair the skin and keep it from ageing. The products have high concentrations of sodium succinate (1.6%) and hyaluronic acid (1.1%, 1.8% or 2.2%). A proper mixture of both substances provides great effects provided that the treatment is done 4-6 times, every 3 or 4 weeks.
